In an industry where nationwide lettings agencies often cater to the needs of a very large geographical area and deal with numbers not individuals, Pavillion is not part of a large corporation nor a local franchise. We are a local company and able to tailor our service to meet the needs of our individual clients. Our aim is to provide a local, personal service which takes your interests into account and makes sure that you feel looked after and informed at all times.
We have knowledge of the city which comes from a lifetime of experience living and working here, and we always use local contractors, solicitors and surveyors. Our long-standing relationship with local businesses means that we can always keep our maintenance costs down and save you time and money with efficient services.
A new Letting Agent Code of Practice began on 31 January 2018. This is a set of rules that all letting agents must follow to make sure they give a good service to tenants and landlords. Pavillion fully endorse this new legislation and have registered with the Scottish Government and fully adhere to the Code of Practice. Pavillion is Regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and is an Accredited Letting Agent by Letting Accreditation Scotland in partnership with the Scottish Association of Landlords and The Scottish Government.
