The investment of millions of pounds by the Scottish government into Dundee with the regeneration of the waterfront and the West End has certainly impacted the property market.

Fife is perfectly positioned within close proximity of  both Edinburgh and St Andrews.  Another bonus is the  opening of the Queensferry Crossing which has reduced commuting times to Edinburgh.
