The opening of the V & A Museum of Design has created an air of anticipation  and confidence in the business community.  Local people will also benefit from the livelier City Centre. Several new trendy restaurants have opened near the Waterfront  with modern menus and designs that would not look out of place in Shoreditch and Chelsea  – The Gidi Grill overlooking the harbour, The White Goose, Brassica  under the Caird Hall and The Bach’s new location in Albert Square -all worth a visit.
